Cream Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers

This is an easy and delicious snack or appetizer to serve or enjoy yourself. Mini bell peppers can be bought in bulk and come in various colors! This recipe only takes 5 minutes to make and can be doubled if needed.

Ingredients for cream cheese stuffed bell peppers

  • 3 mini bell peppers
  • 8 tsp cream cheese
  • ½ tsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning (or similar)

Directions for cream cheese stuffed bell peppers

  1. Cut the mini bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Add cream cheese to fill each bell pepper (about 1 tsp) then top with seasoning as desired.
