low blood sugar at night

  1. Hi . If you are experiencing low blood sugar at night, it's really important that you talk with your doctor about it. Since you are asleep when it happens, you are unlikely to know when your blood sugar becomes dangerously low and get the help that you need. Here is an article about nocturnal hypoglycemia that explains why it happens and what you can do to prevent it: https://type2diabetes.com/living/nocturnal-hypoglycemia. I hope this helps. Best of all wishes. - Lori (Team Member)
