Why or why not? Do you have any advice for people having difficulties managing financial costs? Please share with us!

  1. This has been an eye opener... the price of testing stripes is insane...

    1. – thanks for chiming in! Yes, testing strips can be very costly, especially depending on how many you may use in a day. It certainly adds up. I know some people with insurance mention that theirs doesn't cover enough strips for how often they test. Some people in the community will use generic brands of strips to cut down on costs. How often do you usually test? Best, Minel (Team Member)

    2. I agree so much with this. It is weird how this is happening.

  2. 3-4 times daily

      1. yes, that is a problem for many. Even when they are testing the number of times that the doctor suggests or prescribes. ~Liz, Moderator

    2. I agree with everyone here. I had no idea and even with insurance and Goodrx it remains costly to stay healthy.
