I was able to bring my Type 2 levels down and am no longer prediabetic. What worked for me:
- Eating food in the proper order (Fats and fibre first, then wait 5-15 mins before carbs)
- Removing chocolate bars and sugar (check labels, even yogurt has sugar. NO SUGAR ALLOWED till you are back to normal, then you can test) - Didn't always do this but drinking a shot of vinegar 15 mins before meals can lower glucose spikes by up to 73%
