Share your tips: Managing stress during the holiday season

The holidays can be a stressful time, especially when managing life with type 2 diabetes. Share any helpful tips for managing holiday stress with fellow T2D community members to support them during the holiday season!

  1. I am sorry to report I do not have any stresses this holiday. I had managed to find that right diet that has the right mix and food I like to eat. This week my wife baked a sugarless cake and used sugarless frosting which does not effect my diet. I think so many people can be more happy once they figure out a diet which is beneficial to their health. This month I have planning to make my children and family members happy with presents that will help them have a better future whether it is cash or a special present.
