Easy Tuna and Bell Pepper Snack Poppers

Ingredients for easy tuna and bell pepper poppers
- ½ cup canned tuna
- 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 tsp shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 small bell peppers
Directions for easy tuna and bell pepper poppers
- On a cutting board, chop the red onion and fresh parsley
- In a bowl, use a fork to break up the canned tuna, then add onion and parsley.
- Mix to combine well.
- Slice the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- In each bell pepper slice, add an equal amount of the tuna mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Enjoy!
