Easy Tuna and Bell Pepper Snack Poppers

Ingredients for easy tuna and bell pepper poppers

  • ½ cup canned tuna
  • 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 tsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 small bell peppers

Directions for easy tuna and bell pepper poppers

  1. On a cutting board, chop the red onion and fresh parsley
  2. In a bowl, use a fork to break up the canned tuna, then add onion and parsley.
  3. Mix to combine well.
  4. Slice the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  5. In each bell pepper slice, add an equal amount of the tuna mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Enjoy!
