Baked Ham and Egg Breakfast

These breakfast baskets take less than 15 minutes to make. You literally could bake them before you head off to work while making your coffee, it's so quick!

Serving size: 2 egg cups
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 12 minutes

Ingredients for baked ham and egg breakfast

  • 1 piece of deli cut smoked ham
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions for baked ham and egg breakfast

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Cut deli ham in half, lengthwise.
  3. Spray muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Line muffin with deli ham, folding the edges up toward each other.
  5. Crack the egg into the cup, sprinkle with salt and pepper and put into the oven for 12 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove from the tin and enjoy.
