What some natural stuff I can use for my debatic type 2

Trying to find some things I can use for my diet and a list of items and how much i can have.

    1. That’s a great question it’s awesome that you’re looking for natural ways to help manage Type 2! Some foods that can really support blood sugar balance are non-starchy veggies like leafy greens, broccoli, and peppers, lean proteins chicken, fish, eggs, and healthy fats avocado, nuts, olive oil. Cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, and chia seeds can also help a bit with insulin sensitivity for some people. Portion-wise, think half your plate veggies, a quarter protein, and a quarter complex carbs like quinoa or brown rice. It’s amazing what small, consistent changes can do!”

      1. Hi, try berberine, alpha lipoic acid, benfotamine supplements. Walking after meals also helps. Food wise, chicken, steak, seafood, eggs, plain yogurt with berries. No carbs or sugar. Drink water only. Good luck.
