I am 49 years old and was diagnosed with prediabetes in June of last year after my A1C was tested at 6.3%. I took it very seriously and cut out most of the carbs like rice, bread, soda, and dropped over 28 lbs. by Feb. this year I had an A1C of 5.3% (I didn't take any meds).
While my body responds well to a low carb diet and moderate exercise, it has taken some trial and error and the willpower to resist cravings.
Recently I started trying the GLP-1 Peptide after reading about it in my research and talking to a doctor. I am very happy with the results so far as I have less appetite, more energy and better mental clarity.
