Living with Diabetes can be frustrating sometimes. Regular visits to the doctor, avoiding your favourite meals/snacks. I decided to do a research and practice with my health. I started taking a new Blood sugar supplement i saw randomly. Initially i was skeptical, it might aggravate my condition. i stuck to my healthy green veggies meal plan and continued taking this supplement. Right now my Glucose level has improved. i no longer feel weak as before, i think i am stronger and i can see results. i will keep on taking it for sometime. for now i just felt like sharing this here.
