Diet

Is there a diet guide I can a follow ? I'm pre-diabetic and want to eat healthy. I would like to find a guide showing what to eat for breakfast
lunch, and dinner.

  1. , While we don't have one comprehensive meal plan to share, we have several articles with tips for meal planning and explicit examples of meal plans for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here is one with some general tips: https://type2diabetes.com/nutrition/get-started-meal-planning-6-steps and here are several examples of what meal plan to follow for breakfast, lunch and dinner (1) https://type2diabetes.com/nutrition/meal-planning-made-easy, (2) https://type2diabetes.com/nutrition/six-small-meals-eating-plan, (3) https://type2diabetes.com/nutrition/day-mouthwatering-medi-meals-adjustable-calories and (4) https://type2diabetes.com/nutrition/medi-meal-plan. We also have a large archive of recipe's that you could use to substitute out some of the options from the articles I listed if you want to mix it up: https://type2diabetes.com/recipes. I hope this helps!
