, This is a big one. It took me years to realize that my numbers were out of whack because I would take my medication when I felt like it. You have to be consistent. I tried different things like pill containers with the days on them, or sitting a timmer. I finally found a pharmacy that would separate my medication, by date and time of day. It has worked great for me. How did you manage to stay on schedule? Thanks for sharing.

thankfully I take all my pills at the same time and my insulin at night so a daily pill box with an alarm on my phone works best for me.
