Has anyone experienced similar problems?

I live in Ontario with my family. I would like to share an important case that every diabetic person be careful about. Recently, my friend lost his vision due to diabetic retinopathy. The longer you have diabetes, the risk of diabetic retinopathy is high. I too have diabetes for the last few years. I used to consult my ophthalmologist(https://www.herzig-eye.com/) regularly. I think it's necessary to do so. If this condition is not diagnosed early, it can lead to vision loss.
Has anyone experienced similar problems? Share your experience. It will help many diabetic patients.

. I get my eye checked every eyear and she does a diabetes test every year on them to make sure that diabetes hasn't affected them. So far she smiles and tells me that they're looking good at that time. Again, thanks for the post.
