What do you look for on food packaging when shopping?

  1. I read the nutrition labels on the foods. They are pretty comprehensive as required in Canada. I don’t buy any new foods without at least taking a quick look at the Nutrition Facts. I have been known to put many things back on the shelf if the product wasn’t worth buying after reading it.

    1. Nutrition label. I look for high protein, medium to low fat and carbs
