, great question! I recently signed up for therapy, and it was a very positive experience. I tried the online therapy site/app called Betterhelp. It was definitely more affordable than traditional therapists, but still a bit pricey (worth it though, in my opinion). For the month I was in therapy, I spoke to my therapist on a weekly basis and I definitely saw improvements in my mood and my self-talk.
