how to reduce a1c

  1. Great question! This can look different for everyone, but here are some good places to start: https://type2diabetes.com/living/how-lower-a1c

Have you had the opportunity to discuss this with your doctor yet? -Ashlen, Type2diabetes.com community moderator

    1. thx for reply , doc suggested trying taking my Tresiba in the evening instead of the morning to see if it would help higher fasting readings/ I have just started doing that /what I am really looking for is an online group where I can have ongoing conversations with other people about various issues.

    2. Of course! We hope your doctor's suggestion helps. 😀 Our Facebook group is a great place to chat with others: https://www.facebook.com/Type2Diabetesdotcom/ We also have many forums and stories: https://type2diabetes.com/stories & https://type2diabetes.com/forums -Ashlen, Type2diabetes.com community moderator
