Under Control With Food, Exercise, and Medicine
Sometime in 2017 Dec. That winter season I was feeling thirsty and outflow of urine frequency was high. As per the advice of my doctor friend I tested my blood sugar on an empty stomach and after lunch.
A shocking diagnosis and beginning management
Was shocked to see the values plus 300. Immediately My family doctor gave me medicines and started control in diets.
For the last 3 years, my average reading of blood sugar has been 110 to 130 and I follow total dietary control.
My personal daily routine
Every morning I consume raw garlic.
Every day I consume bitter gourd + red onion + garlic and cinnamon. I fry the above with salt, pepper and boiled rice and consume.
Normal lunch and dinner with limited items of bread/or rice and vegetable and curd.
Daily walking up to 6 to 7 kms and yoga exercise.
One medicine tablet of metformin 500 mg 1/2 after lunch and 1/2 after dinner.
Now totally under control of type 2 diabetes.
