I'm not only trying to gain weight but I get the munchies during the day. I may no longer be pre-diabetic but I'd like to keep it that way so what diabetic-friendly snacks do ya'll snack on?
I tend not to snack at all as I’m never really hungry but when I do my favorite is Bacon with cream cheese. I also hear frozen slices of grass feed sourced butter are good as well.

No problem! Yeah I avoid meds like the plague. They are chemicals and I don't trust them. Be wary of low sodium which can kill as well. If you are using meds for blood sugar, there are natural alternatives I would explore like eating food in the proper order (which can reduce blood sugar spikes by up to 73%: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3WS8HkAlgjU&t=523s) and/or taking vinegar 15 mins before eating has also been shown to slow glucose absorbtion. No medication required

Tonight for a snack before bed I had a fried egg, pork loin, and blueberries

I suppose. I was still hungry tho so I had more cheese afterwards. Really wish I had another snack that wasn't so salty but not a lot I can eat. Still exploring

This is a great article. I am saving it on my desktop. There is so much great information there, but a lot to take in. I loved bacon and cheese!! Diane (Team Member)

Glad you find it useful! Yeah I do too but since I read this article I'm definitely making cheese a priority over bacon for snacks.
