why do some docs say take Tresiba at night??

  1. Thanks for reaching out. The main thing to strive for is taking it at about the same time, you can speak with your doctor about options other than evening if you think another time would work better for you. In addition to speaking with your doctor, this article may be helpful: https://type2diabetes.com/insulin/ultra-long-acting. Best, Kelly, Type2diabetes.com Community Moderator

    1. thx for your reply. I have found taking my Tresiba at 9pm rather than 9 a.m. gives me a better and lower fasting reading the next day!

      1. , that's great to hear! Glad you found something that helps. ~ Minel (Team Member)

      2. This is great to hear! It really depends on your body on what works best.
