Hello , thanks for chiming in. I have been eating sugar-free cough drops. It's helping a little bit, but it's not the same. What do you do on the days that you don't eat sweets? Do you have a sugar substitute? Diane (Team Member)

I'm currently eating sugar as I'm testing a claim. Tbh When I didn't eat sugar (BEFORE prediabetes) it was easy for me to give it up. Just never had the tooth

Try making brown butter and freezing it. Then break into small chunks. They act as a dessert but is pure butter. You can google for the recipe / video on how to make jt.

, I just wanted to follow up and let you know I made this. I soon found out it could be used for other things. I gave up salt because of chronic kidney disease, but this brown butter seems to be a great topping for some things. Thanks for sharing. Do you have any more great tips to share? How are you doing? We would like to hear from you. Diane (Team Member)

OMG I know this feeling. When the body goes into craving mode, it is chaotic. BUT my counselor advised me to find alternatives to combat that. KIND bars have been my go-to. B. Keith Crear III (Team Member)
