How Do You Get Your Employee To Understand What Its Like To Have T2D?
You just don't know from day to day how you are going to feel. If someone calls in sick they get questioned why.

, thanks for replying. You are so right. Sometimes we are just nosey and you might have someone who actually is concerned. I guess you have to have discernment as to whom to chat with or not chat with. I have a best friend of 28 years. We met on a job and I chose to open up to her. My best decision ever.
