I have been able to keep the weight off for the most part gained a few pounds here and there but now I think I’m to thin, which I think is do to my sleep problems from ongoing stress, so I get up late and eat breakfast late then lunch to late, and dinner to late there isn’t any time to have snacks in between because of getting up late due to stress. Sounds confusing but this is what I’m dealing with.

Hello , thanks for the information. Well, keeping the weight off is good, but not by stressing. Are you able to talk to someone about your stress? Yes, it does sound confusing. So when you do eat or you eating less than normal? We would like to hear more from you. Diane (Team Member)

I have been able to keep my weight off. I went from 425lbs to 280lbs. It's been a struggle but I have pushed through. I think the that when we come to realize that the weight won't come off overnight and take it day by day, we tend to maintain the weightloss better. B. Keith Crear III (Team Member)

, you did great with keeping off the weight. I lost 60 pounds, but it just keeps coming back. Yes, you are right, day by day. I get so frustrated when the weight won't stay off. Like you said, it takes time to lose it, but it sure does come back fast. Thanks for sharing. Diane (Team Member)

I had been keeping weight off until I started insulin 4x a day and now I’ve gained about 20 lbs in 3 mo.

, thanks for sharing. I hope that weight gain slows down. You were doing so well. My husband does insulin twice a day and he gain some weight. We did talk to his doctor about this and he told him to make healthier lifestyle choices. Of course, we are all different. Have you talked to your doctor about this? We would like to hear more from you. Diane (Team Member)
