Exercising and low blood sugar

Does anyone have advice for how to exercise safely without dropping your blood sugar too low?

  1. Hello , Thanks for sharing. Great question, have you tried eating a small snack before you exercise? You can talk to your doctor about adjusting your medication. Your healthcare provider might have more tips for you. What types of exercises do you do? Let us know what you find out from your doctor. Diane (Team Member)

    1. Hi there, I wanted to add to the comment by Diane, my colleague. Do you have a CGM or are you using a finger stick to check your blood sugar? Maybe creating a small journal to log what you eat, what type/level/duration of exercise you finish and what your blood sugar level is? Just a thought. -Lauren (team member)
