I, unfortunately, have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I am having a lot of difficulties adapting my food routine. I have ordered a bunch of products and I will post them as soon as I try one. Have you ever come across something that helped you?

Liz is correct. Once you’re diagnosed as a diabetic, you will always have. Therefore the best thing you can do at this point is connect with a dietitian who is well versed with diabetes and work with them to come up with an eating plan that works for you. If you’re not able to immediately find one through your doctor, then try some of the grocery stores. Some of these stores have nutritional services. I’ve personally used one at my local grocer and had a great experience. Also look up sites like Diet Doctor. That particular site is very healthful as well.

Keto and carnivore moved my A1c from 12% to 5.4%. No meds and no symptoms.

Cholesterol is a rabbit hole.
You have the traditional diet heart theory that has been around sense the 1960s, which drives the standard of care today.
And there is now a theory called the lipid energy model that explains an alternative reason for high cholesterol. There is a good paper on it at pubmed.

Unfortunately there is a lot of misleading info about type 2 diabetes. Much of it is aimed at blaming the victim. Despite exercise and low carb dieting I’ve been diabetic for 12 years. My sugars are sky high upon waking. With meds and diet on less than 20 grams of carbs a day I was able to keep my A1c to 7.1 for years. Now it doesn’t work anymore and I’m on insulin. People comment they can’t believe I’m diabetic because I eat well and am not obese. I’m stating this because type 2 diabetes is a metabolic disease and different for each person. I know people who are 300 pounds and aren’t diabetic. I wish there was accurate info about the disease instead of the perception that it’s only fat, lazy people that get stuff their face who are diabetic.

No food can "kill" or cure type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is a complex metabolic disorder that is influenced by various factors, including genetics, lifestyle, and overall health. While there is no single food that can completely reverse or cure type 2 diabetes, a balanced and healthy diet can play a crucial role in managing the condition.
