Out of the blue in May 2005 I was diagnosed. I had no symptoms. Yes I was told I am a prediabetic. A1C of 7.5

Getting in control

Started actos. In two months down to 6.1. Denial, not keeping track of my numbers. Not checking BS.

Acceptance came slowly. Now I am in control. Take glipizide 5 mg one with breakfast only.

A1C is 5.3 for 2 years.
