Still At It
Ever since the meeting on learning how to count calories I keep trying hard at that. Although I'll be honest in that I tend to pay more attention to the carbs unless I'm buying something. Then I'll look at the calories listed to check out per serving.
But whatever I'm doing is working so far. So far I've managed to lose weight every week. I weigh every Friday morning.
Today I checked the weight and was 173.6. Last Friday was 174.0. I'll take every bit that I can get. Especially since I've not been gaining and having ups/downs fluctuation in the weight but a steady decrease instead. Even the cardiologist's assistant was impressed and happy with the way I've been losing weight. :)
