I was diagnosed as borderline for getting diabetes.

A healthier lifestyle

I helped myself by changing my mindset about what I really needed to eat when and how often, which helped me shift from a regular lifstyle to a healthier one. I never got it but I kept my new healthier lifestyle. I basically eat everything in moderation.
