Granulated onion lowers my blood glucose

Very excited. Another unusual food addiction that tanked blood glucose spikes for me. Had read recent info regarding studies with rats using onion extract and its effect when using Metformin. Searching on internet to find an extract was unsuccessful. Looking in cupboard I found granulated onion and decided to experiment. I use my own gel caps to fill homemade pills. When 2 capsules [ 00 size ] are eaten with Metformin the results were dramatic for me. Another tool in shed!
