Ingredients for very berry tropical smoothie bowl

  • 2 tbsp frozen unsweetened açai
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened plant-based milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp hulled hemp seed
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Directions for very berry tropical smoothie bowl

  1. Blend acai, raspberries, pineapple, blueberries, and milk until smooth.
  2. Serve in bowl.
  3. Top with chia seeds, hemp seeds, and shredded coconut.
