- 2 tbsp frozen unsweetened açai
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 tbsp unsweetened plant-based milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp hulled hemp seed
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut

- Blend acai, raspberries, pineapple, blueberries, and milk until smooth.
