  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened plant-based milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp hulled hemp seed
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
