Scrumptious Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients for steamed broccoli

  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Directions for steamed broccoli

  1. In a vegetable steamer, once water is boiling add broccoli to basket and cook for 4 minutes or until slightly tender and bright green.
  2. For the stovetop method, bring water to a boil and place broccoli in a steaming basket on top until tender and bright green.
  3. Transfer to serving dish.
  4. Top with spices and stir until well-coated.
  5. Serve immediately!
