No-Bake Cookies

Serving size: 1 cookie
Ingredients for no-bake cookies
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 3 cups quick rolled oats
- 1 cup of coconut
Directions for no-bake cookies
- Melt butter, milk and sugar over heat and boil to soft ball stage.
- Mix oats, coconut and coco together.
- Pour sugar mixture over oat mixture when ready and mix, drop by spoon onto wax paper till cool. You can also freeze the cookies.
