No-Bake Cookies

Serving size: 1 cookie

Ingredients for no-bake cookies

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 3 cups quick rolled oats
  • 1 cup of coconut

Directions for no-bake cookies

  1. Melt butter, milk and sugar over heat and boil to soft ball stage.
  2. Mix oats, coconut and coco together.
  3. Pour sugar mixture over oat mixture when ready and mix, drop by spoon onto wax paper till cool. You can also freeze the cookies.
