Keto Egg Bites

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients for keto egg bites
- 2 eggs
- ½ bacon slice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ slice American cheese
Directions for keto egg bites
- In a medium-sized saucepan, boil water, then add the 2 eggs.
- Keep eggs in boiling water for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and keep the eggs in the water for another minute.
- In a separate saucepan, fry bacon, then cut in half.
- On a cutting board, slice American cheese into 4 slices.
- Slice eggs horizontally to open then add a cheese slice and bacon piece.
- Close the eggs and top with salt and pepper.
