Keto Egg Bites

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients for keto egg bites

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 bacon slice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 slice American cheese

Directions for keto egg bites

  1. In a medium sized saucepan, boil water, then add the 2 eggs.
  2. Keep eggs in boiling water for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and keep the eggs in the water for another minute.
  3. In a separate saucepan, fry bacon, then cut in half.
  4. On a cutting board, slice American cheese into 4 slices.
  5. Slice eggs horizontally to open then add a cheese slice and bacon piece.
  6. Close the eggs and top with salt and pepper.
