  • ½ cup frozen shelled edamame, cooked per package directions
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded (I used a cheese shredder)
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • ½ mashed avocado

Directions for chopped edamame salad

  1. Place all ingredients in large salad bowl.
  2. Mix well and eat immediately.
