Ingredients for chopped edamame salad
- ½ cup frozen shelled edamame, cooked per package directions
- 1 medium carrot, shredded (I used a cheese shredder)
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- ½ mashed avocado
Directions for chopped edamame salad
- Place all ingredients in large salad bowl.
- Mix well and eat immediately.
