Ingredients for chicken caesar flatbread

  • 3 oz seasoned chicken breast, cooked and chopped
  • 1 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 piece of naan
  • ½ cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Caesar dressing of choice

Directions for chicken caesar flatbread

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spread half of the dressing onto the naan. Top with mozzarella and chicken.
  3. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and chicken is warm.
  4. Remove from the oven and cut into fourths. Top with romaine lettuce and remaining dressing.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
