Ingredients for carrot cake pancakes

  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 cup milk
  • ½ tsp allspice
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Directions for carrot cake pancakes

  1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until combined.
  2. Scoop out 6 equal servings onto your pan.
  3. Cook over medium heat until bubbles appear in the middle.
  4. Flip and cook until both sides are browned.
  5. Serve immediately!
