Good one. I’ve been using a CPAP for a little over a year now. You don’t really notice the pressure in coming out of the hose to the mask when wearing it until you take it off then hear and feel the air coming out of it with a force. WOW. Wife don’t notice it though. I’m still sleeping in other room from where she moved me to before seeing the sleep apnea doctor. 😉

Sleeping well at night is important, especially for those with type 2 diabetes. Sleep can have a great impact on health (https://type2diabetes.com/video/why-is-sleep-important/ https://type2diabetes.com/living/whats-sleep-got-to-do-with-diabetes/).

If you are having trouble sleeping at night, these tips may help: https://type2diabetes.com/answers/expert-answers-getting-a-better-nights-rest/

It’s also important to keep your doctor/healthcare team informed, as you may be experiencing a sleep disorder. More info and tips are available here as well: https://type2diabetes.com/complications/sleep-disorders/
