What tips do you have for managing stress over the holiday season?

The holidays can be a stressful time, especially when managing life with type 2 diabetes. Share any helpful tips for managing holiday stress with fellow community members to support them during the holiday season!

  1. Eat in moderation and in portions.

  2. Eat a healthy snack before going to the holiday meal. A healthy snack may be a fiber - filled salad along with protein. This will decrease the risk of overeating or making poor choices at the holiday meal. Looking forward to the holidays, Community Moderator
