Is there a right kind of yogurt I should be eating?

I love having yogurt for lunch and usually I buy Yoplait because I love the pineapple flavor, but unfortunately it only comes in original. Any ideas for me?

      1. My dietician recommended light/low sugar greek yogurt because if the protein intake

        1. Great suggestion! Do you like the low sugar Greek yogurt Todd? Have you found it helpful in managing your blood sugar? Greek yogurt does have more protein than traditional yogurt, which can help. Best, Kelly, Type2diabetes.com Community Moderator

      2. I know the thread is old, but in case you're still out there, Yoplait recently released a line called Keto Ratio. It's delicious and only has 4 grams of carbs.

        1. That's a great tip! Appreciate you sharing. Anytime someone searches some of these key words they'll be able to find your comment. I'm sure it will be helpful to others in our community. Best, Kelly, Type2diabetes.com Community Moderator
