For those of you who have found a rhythm that works, what does your routine look like?

  1. My wife had taken nutrition classes in the past. When I had been told I was T2D my wife came forward with her cooking skills to help me with a healthy diet. I currently eat more food than in the past but the food is healthier. This team work had helped me become more normal in a year period when my A1C dropped to 5.3. Today I am 6.0 but I eat more at eat meal of a balance diet. My weight did drop but now has increased to a good level where I am thin but not support thin. I have energy and I am active because of my diet and life style.

    1. How fantastic that you have such a good partner in your wife. That kind of support is crucial. Thanks for sharing what helps. Warmly, Lori (Team Member)

  2. We get along so well that next June I will take her on a 2 week cruise out of San Francisco which is 120 west of us and visit Mexico then travel up to Alaska. Finally I am doing the right thing at the right time. It is funny that when I was in the Navy I could not wait until I got off the ship? Happy Holidays seeing the family

    1. Thank you for sharing! You mention two great tips to prepare for your cruise: requesting a foam mattress topper and getting a massage beforehand. Bon voyage! Warmly, Kathy (Team member)

    2. I had ordered a massage for my wife during the cruise. next summer she will be getting a massage each cruise which will cover 14 days of bliss.
