Jardiance
Good morning and happy holidays everyone. I started a 10mg dose of Jardiance 1 month ago along with 9 units of Tresiba and my BG numbers are similar to when I was using 18 units of Tresiba per day. I am hopeful I can completely get off insulin. Has anyone used both insulin and tresiba? how has it worked out short/long term?

What's possible for you might be impossible for others even under the same conditions, and vice versa. What does your doctor say about your chances of coming off insulin? Best wishes. - Lori (Team Member) I have not heard anything yet, Dr was shocked to hear I went down to 9 units already. They wanted me to go from 18 units to 15 units initially and I thought that would have knocked my BG way too low. I go back in January for bloodwork and a follow up. I am personally hopeful to be off insulin and on oral drugs only by another 6 months.
