Insulin

Hi all , newbie here but was diagnosed with diabetes type 2 about 10 years ago

I’m struggling to control my sugars and keep forgetting to take my insulin
Any tips how to remember to take it other than tying it to myself lol

Thanks in advance

  1. Thank you for reaching out. Welcome to our community! I hope that we can be a source of helpful info and support. I'd suggest setting an alarm if you have that option on a phone or clock. Also, placing your insulin supplies in an area you will see them and incorporating it into a routine you already have. For example, you might add it to your routine of making a meal, morning coffee, or brushing your teeth before bed. In addition to speaking with your doctor, this article has some great insulin tips.
