I’ve had type 2 for ~5 years and have ebbed and flowed between good and bad habits. I’m coming off of a stretch of a few months of bad behavior.
Now, this week I have been limiting my net carbs again and regularly (multiple times a day) checking my sugars. It has been 3 days and I’m not seeing improvements yet. I am on long-lasting metformin. Am I expecting to bounce back too quickly or is it possible my metformin is not effective anymore? Thanks in advance.
