First time Metmorfin user
I was diagnosed with T2D on Monday and 2 days later I took my first dodos of Metmorfin….in the 2 days prior I felt very weak n dizzy..no energy. After I took it I thought I was finally going to get back to my early energy levels…not so….now 3 days later am getting diarrhea n stomach cramps….should I change medication or stick to this one.

. Have you reached out to your doctor? Unfortunately, diarrhea and stomach issues are pretty common side effects of metformin. It usually gets better after a few weeks. Your doctor will probably suggest you stick it out, but if the side effects become unbarely, you might want to push for something new. Metformin can be a great medication for Type 2 diabetes, but it's not for everyone. Keep us posted if you don't mind. I 'd like you know how you are doing. Best wishes. - Lori (Team Member) 
Did you take it with meals? You have to take it with food.
