Coping with weight gain and Diabetes during COVID

So since this year and specially quarantine started i've been trying to get rid of all my purging behaviors. But that has made me gain a lot of weight
I was wondering if anyone has any coping mechanism for when feeling down by weight gain?? Thanks.

I think it's okay to have ups and downs in terms of emotional feelings as well as physical changes like weight - there are always things happening that impact everything, especially now!
