So since this year and specially quarantine started i've been trying to get rid of all my purging behaviors. But that has made me gain a lot of weight
I was wondering if anyone has any coping mechanism for when feeling down by weight gain?? Thanks.

Hi @ecumbroc this link may help as well to put the focus elsewhere and cope with weight gain stresses! https://type2diabetes.com/living/how-to-let-go-of-weight-loss-as-your-focus-and-what-to-shift-to-instead/ little small exercises like walking or other ways of getting moving can help with feelings of stress as well. I think it's okay to have ups and downs in terms of emotional feelings as well as physical changes like weight - there are always things happening that impact everything, especially now! We're here for you. Best, Margot, Type2Diabetes.com Team
