Good Carbs vs. Bad Carbs
It’s pretty easy to blame carbohydrates for our diabetes challenges. After all, it is carbohydrate foods that send blood glucose levels rising. But, does that make all carbohydrates bad? Or, just some carbohydrates? (Or, maybe no carbohydrates?).
