Militus II
About six years a ago I was diagnosed Diabetes 2 (Militus 2) and for the rest of my life i have to take twice a day Janumet 850mg.
Since a very long time my cholesterol has been always very high and triglycerides too so i was medicated for both until i got to my diabetes 2.
