Living with Diabetes

I have learned to keep carbs at a low minimum, I eat meat, veggies, fruit mostly & have noticed a huge change in my levels, I have one slice of thin crust pizza every once in a while, I also learned that after you eat within an hour either take a walk or exercise as much as possible, this helps to keep your glucose low so it doesn't spike, everyone is different & has to weed out what works for them, I wish everyone the best on this journey!!!
