The Adventure Begins

My grandmother, father, one of my sisters were T2DIABETICs, my brother is prediabetic and I was diagnosed over 10 years ago. My first experience as a Diabetic was that the education available was woefully inadequate. The impression I had was I have Diabetes, there’s nothing I can do but take meds and eventually insulin. The whole thing is beyond my control. I have learned more from grass-root organizations online than from the people who are supposed to help and really haven’t kept up or are heavily funded. The adventure begins!
