Ingredients for refreshing heart-healthy watermelon ice

  • 1 cup fresh watermelon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice

Directions for refreshing heart-healthy watermelon ice

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend ice until reaches a shaved consistency. Remove and set aside in a medium bowl.
  2. Add watermelon, lemon juice, and mint to the blender. Mix until liquid.
  3. Pour watermelon juice over the shaved ice.
  4. Serve and enjoy immediately!
